1. Order Cancellation

Orders for physical books can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at rohit@vectorart.co.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders for digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.) cannot be canceled once delivered, as access is granted instantly.
2. Refunds for Physical Books

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if:

The book is damaged, misprinted, or defective upon arrival.

You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a refund:

The book must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

All refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD $) only.
3. Refunds for Digital Products

No refunds will be issued for digital products (eBooks, downloads, or other digital content) once delivered, due to the nature of instant access.
4. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment in U.S. Dollars (USD $).
